A recent study has found that life change events such as divorce, bereavement, and caregiving can profoundly affect individuals both personally and economically. These events often bring about significant challenges that extend beyond the individual's personal life and can therefore also have far-reaching consequences in the workplace. Understanding these impacts is crucial for employers looking both to provide adequate support to their valued teams, but also to maintain productivity and well-being in the workplace and to manage corporate risk.
